This was a well presented course and covered all the aspects of equipment safety that I expected to see.
This training compares favourably with online DSE training I have completed in other organisations. I really liked the transcript option enabling me to progress through the course at a speed which suited me.
An easy course to follow. Lots of useful information with good examples and direct relevance to the workplace environment.

The course made me aware of the importance of posture throughout and also keeping up with regular breaks and keeping 20by 20 by 20 going throughout the day.
The reason for 4 stars is that it made me jump every time the sound of breaking glass was used (which was uncomfortable), I didn't think this was necessary in a very comprehensive, brilliant training programme.
