Very clearly spoken and performed excellently so I know what is expected of me. I must however say I got fed up the section did not run continuously. It was very tiresome to keep pressing the next and forward button
The course is good so long as management are also onboard with the messages. I'm not sure how well it would go down if everyone started doing the stretches in the office! Or indeed if there is enough space.... There is no information about whether the risk assessment will be sent to anyone - managers, HR etc. The course itself is good, but only worthwhile if it's part of a process backed by management.

This course is important and very helpful for your working conditions from posture to risk assessment to your working environment as a whole. If followed correctly as it states, you`ll be able to avoid injuries and stress related problems at work.
