It might be better to have courses that are tailored to the level of experience that staff have i.e. someone new to office work might need the full course, someone who's worked in offices for years doesn't need all of it.

Whilst there were some useful reminders in here content-wise, the videos were way too short and it was unnecessary to have to click next and then play every time when some were less than 20 seconds long. This was time consuming a frustrating and a bit ironic to have to use the mouse so much in a DSE training! I suggest you revise the format so that each of the three sections is a continuous video with any test questions at the end of each section.
Good layout of slides, very informative
As an IOSH qualified individual I found this DSE Training to be informative and present not like some online courses I have completed in relation to workstation assessments.
It crashed through the training and was a pain to recover.
The training was comprehensive but very long, the videos were not keen to be able to fast forward even if you were reading the text instead, some of the videos were only introducing the next sections so should have been able to skip. It was hard to concentrate because of this as you couldn't adjust the learning speed.
Generally very good - good pace, clear content, but ever so slightly repetitive.

The training was informative and concise and gave a good refresher of best work practice.
