It would interesting to have one for people like me that use laptops/tablets and mobile phones out on sites ( I walk around the borough to do inspections). Carrying all day, removing and replacing from back pack.
The course provide detailed information required to set up a good DSE within my workstation and deal with importance of maintaining good posture, taking frequent breaks in between tasks to prevent aches, pains and musculoskeletal disorders related to work. Very impactful and detailed
