I am not a lover of such courses but I managed to enjoy it rather than simply endure it! A lot of it is common sense but it was good to be reminded of some things and to learn some new things in the process. Putting the theory into practice is the challenge!

Refreshing my knowledge regarding DSE
I have been using computer equipment for practically all of my working life, and as such feel that this course is a waste of my time. For experienced DSE users, reading a "one page summary of important points" should be sufficient to keep people aware of important things such as posture and taking regular breaks etc.And the test only accepts your first click as opposed to your first answer. So if you accidentally click the wrong answer, there is no way to select anything else.
