I found this DSE training useful I do have knowledge around this area but felt that this was a good refresher. It was very easy to follow & upbeat. Some useful tips that I will put into practice. I appreciated the fact that we could complete our own R/A & I hope that some of the comments I made around the office ventilation in Caerphilly will be addressed

This is a very good way for staff to undertake training. Whilst it may not suit everyone, having varied types of training is a very good option. It provides much flexibility, which at certain times during the year is beneficial. The course itself was very clear and relatively straight forward to understand and follow.
