I have a headache! Not good when you are dyslexic having to read everything you should be able to do it paper based.

Lots of useful information but I think it could be shorter.
The course is relevant with subtle reminders throughout of how to maintain good posture and checking posture to ensure, safety, comfort and productive work days.
This training was engaging and straightforward to understand, covering a lot of useful ideas within the half an hour session. Examples of exercises to complete to avoid aches and strains will be useful.
some of the videos didn't play. I had to repeat running them several times ( quite time consuming/frustrating)
