it was a bit long but over all it was fine

Easy to follow - good visual communication - easy to understand all the information.

I didn't want to spend an hour of my busy day doing this. Takes far too long maybe worth it if you have never done one before a refresher needs to be a lot shorter. In the end i just let it play on another page and just clicked to change slides. I took no notice as it was too long and too boring.

Would be better if there were more sections with less time to them. That way, they could be done more often over the same period rather than all in one session

You just don't realise how important the position of your office equipment is. If it's not right then it can affect your physical and mental well being. This video, and explanation, is put in such a clear way. It's very good.

to the point, informative, good way to learn, makes me think about my posture and taking regular breaks, more often than I have been. Learnt some new information too.
