Good visuals and demonstrations with additional exercises to help with posture and to alleviate tired and strained muscles.
I found this course to be really beneficial and for me the main learning will be around my posture. I've already started to make changes with regards to my seating position, the height of the screen and the need to move about when I'm not tired as opposed to in the past when I was starting to really struggle.
