This is very general overview and is not completely accurate. 2 of the question i.e. brakes at 10 minutes is widely recommended by some and has shown increased benefits over 20 minutes. The eye sight question is also incorrect with regards to No Evidence regarding DSE. Research has been published to demonstrate very wide variants on this and I would recommend you alter the wording to state max 20 minutes. Both of these have been validated via Qualified Professionals i.e. Chiropractor and an Ophthalmic Surgeon in the last few months.
I have done a few of these in my previous job over the years and I have to say that this one was so much easier than the civil service version.
