Well laid out course and informative. Easy to watch and understand.
The course is explained in great detail. It has corrected my working posture and increased my health awareness.
It was a good reminder of a lot of good practice. It's a shame that areas that aren't relevant to the person undertaking the training (eg pregnancy) can't be skipped over.

I found the course engaging and educational.
I feel that some of the information was incorrect like 'text neck' has been debunked by scientific studies. Also seeing the pregnant lady training was not appropriate for me to see and very triggering. I didnt expect to see this.
