It might be worth incorporating the 'Bates method' of relaxing the eye muscles. Opticians do this routinely in eye tests before concluding the eye-lens strength
Overall Good- video sound quality was poor in some parts- kept breaking up.

At the end of the course there need to be something to report issues to Health and Safety.
This is the most comprehensive training that I've completed on DSE.
I have plenty of things to fill my time and this merely wasted a chunk of it.
This course is far too long for the topics covered.
The course is overall good and had a good amount of content. There are some new features that were not in other DSE courses including the exercises and stretches. The reason for 4 stars is that the course took longer than expected, and thus prevented from taking a break away from the desk that it emphasised even with the help of the exercises.
A nicely presented and easy to follow course.
Good overview of important DSE aspects. Just a couple of critical notes. A little strange that the lady presenting it has quite a marked left shift of her head and neck. The gentleman's sitting posture shows his hips and thighs to be level, but the superimposed line presents them as if they are slightly higher.
