This was an exceptionally helpful exercise, as though there were some things I knew there was also some things that I wasn't aware of so has brought to my attention and can certainly assist me with my new job role.

This course is great. You can pause and continue at your leisure. Having it done online is much better than having someone from IT come to your desk.
