This course was very informative. The videos were clear and a good visual representation of the courses content. It gave accurate information to help reduce the risks associated with working in an office environment and clearly highlighted the steps to help reduce the risk of RSI, highlighted the importance of eye safety, and gave exercises to help combat the risk of poor posture in a mainly sedentary job.
I found the course to be informative.
A bit long but thorough. Employer needs to regularly clean desk equipment!
