really useful and interesting for my work experience.

All the information was clearly explained and well presented.

Easy to follow and was necessary information regarding my job role.

The course was relevant to the topic and did not stray from the points it was illustrating

The sections are small enough to be able to stop and start. The videos and what is being said is easier to recall, being able to go back and look again helps. The way it emails as a reminder is very good too as it's a non confrontational way for the the health and safety team get staff to do the training. Enjoyed it.

Many relevant points, that I will try to keep in mind. It is a bit hard to maintain all of the equipment positioning advice when working with a hot desk policy but I am in complete agreement with not sitting still for too long and the screen breaks.
