This course covers the basics with some disclaimers when they are giving advice on stretching but it is a generic course so there are some more detailed aspects that are lacking.

Good Tips
I found the course super easy to follow and it kept my attention by varying the presenters who spoke softly. The graphics were so easy to understand and some topics and images were repeated so it would be easy to understand and remember. The review page at the end of each section was very important. Some topics left me with some phrases and lines I'll never forget : '20 20 20' regarding the eyes and 'Best position is the next position'
Sessions weren't too long. Easy to complete.
useful to go at own pace, easy to stop and stretch, rest eyes etc
Overall a good DSE learning. However, I would suggest that it should be able to cater for those who have medical conditions such as myself.
