It has been a very helpful course for me to complete. I was able to understand the content by watching all these videos and completing the tests. I hope I am able to revisit any time I need to.
A beneficial on-line training course, to do annually, so as you are reminded of the importance of posture, equipment etc.
Very thorough covering all aspects of DSE but overly long. Exercise section in particular was too long.

47 video clips and 20 questions is too long to be sat at your desk and digest the information given. The course should be more concise
