The course will make you more aware of your working day with posture, breaks and equipment positions
The course was interesting as well as helpful. Mainly how they pressed the point around posture. Also the stretching exercises and rest periods for the eyes after DSE use, were important points. This course explains how to keep good health while working on desktops/laptops etc. Overall, well worth doing. Regards Paul.
The admin startup was a bit tricky as we struggled to access the courses at first. Once I figured out how to enrol and send emails it seems pretty good. Have already completed my first course - now to decide which one next...
