I can read. I do not need to be slowly read to in order to take in the contents. There should be the option to read and move on.
The DSE training is excellent and very important. Very person friendly training with all the essential information and great tips to keep you well and healthy. Highly recommend this training. Many thanks:)
Very useful information and relevant videos. Would like it if there was a full summary sheet of exercises or links to the videos. I downloaded the one summary sheet but you couldn't do it on the following pages.

in reality you would be hard pressed to get any DSE user to carry out the exercises shown in the training. Experience tells me that you are better off telling users to have a general stretch every hour not forgetting to change their working position when ever possible and practical to do so.
quite a few useful tips regarding setting up my workstation, I was surprised how poor it was! all adjusted now and much more comfortable. the exercises are useful too, I just need to get into the habit of doing them now.
Very good. Up to date training (including mobile phones). Easy to understand and follow and covered everything.
