The course was very informative and relevant to my role. I particularly like the exercises and 20 20 20 eye strain prevention.

Joining the footage and displaying different subjects would be better then having to keep clicking to the next footage - this I particularly helpful when using an Islington computer which is very slow and struggles to load new pages/instructions

well structured training course, easy to follow and understand

I use hearing aids and would have liked more on the issues this can have associated with it. It would be good to be able to access the exercises parts easily and regularly.

Really enjoyed that and learnt so much

It was just the right length. Delivering it in short, sharp sections keeps attention. The delivery was easy to listen to and the film/graphics were perfect. The short summaries help one to remember the key elements.

The use of sub-titled media clips very good, and the ability to go back and check was also useful. Additional information that can be accessed is a good opportunity. The risk assessment was excellent as it enable me to make an informed assessment of my work station.
