This course was easy to listen to and follow. Most of it was advice I already put into practice, but I learnt a few new techniques too.
As above. I thought all the courses I have completed over the last couple of days are exceptionally well put together; comprehensive, but not too long winded. Excellent!
Another good health and safety video. The delivery is straightforward and concise and does not become patronising or condescending. The use of phrases that can be taken away by the viewer is practical advice that they can use in the office long after they have finished watching the video.
