I learn by reading best. But had to keep waiting for videos. what should have been interesting and information became boring and slow. It gave me neck ache which sort of defeats the object!
We need to provide more equipment at schemes to help staff - keyboards to use with laptops, stands for laptops so screens are at eye level.
