I was a very good refresher as you do get into bad habits
It takes longer to complete in practise than suggested, which was annoying
The course made me think more about my posture and its importance.
It reminds us of best practice. When using equipment it is easy to forget to take time to make sure your equipment is at the correct height/angle and to take breaks and move your position so that you do not put strain on your eyes/body.

The training was useful, clear and emphasised important points several times, which was good.It would be useful to have a written handout, reiterating important points and for instance showing the detailed instructions for the various exercises which we can undertake at our desks.
