Found the course dragged out more than it should

Learned a good number of things. discovered suggestions and tricks of which I was not aware. Thank you.

The course had useful explanatory diagrams with people in the diagrams.

Interesting course, things one would often take for granted and although seems to be basically common sense probably very few of us put the information in the course to practical daily use. Something to work on.

Whilst it’s a well put together module, it does seem disproportionate in my own personal circumstances to spend more time on this training as someone who uses a workstation for no more than ten minutes in any week, but far less time on fire training given my martial responsibility. Can individual employers tailor this module to individuals / cohorts?

Quality was good but it was too stop start

it says that it takes 28 minutes but in reality it is longer.Possibly a short 5-8 minute video would have been better. Most people would have done DSE training over their careers so none of this should have been completely new to them.Thanks

This course was very well put together and made a potentially dry subject interesting and enjoyably. It also helped to remind me that poor posture using DSE can have harmful impacts on our health, and that taking breaks is essential for maintaining good health and productivity
