This course was interesting and easy to follow.. Well Explained and helped with short video captions all provide a easy understanding of how important a desk top arrangement is maintained and health benefits should always be considered..
Easy to follow and learn, with continual reminders about posture
I was able to check that my DSE is set up as it should be, thankfully it is. I am now aware how I should be sitting, standing, breathing, working etc. I will be vigilant in sticking to these guidelines.
The training session is too time consuming, individuals would be more enthusiastic to undertake training if it could be completed within a few minutes rather than putting it off due to time constraints. There are too many lengthy training sessions sent through in close proximity causing individuals to undergo stress trying to complete them due to busy work loads.
