It reminded me how quickly we can get into bad habits, and made me aware of certain areas I need to take breaks to avoid eye strain and to keep my posture in the right place and moving around. Also wasn't aware of of the 20/20 rule as I make a lot of calls during day luckily i have a headset that free up my hands - I am left handed so i reply everything to be on the left side like my work phone and note pads, but overall very training.
