This course covered all the aspects of our DSE use. It was good having exercises and ways of changing your tasks up to reduce fatigue and muscle strain.
Made me think about my posture
i think we need to have these reminders now again as we get into bad habits.
Overall a very good training session with good presenters and audio visual aids.
An interesting course. Useful while working at home. However, concerning that I do not have all the equipment needed at home as I do not have an office and have to work where I can, usually at the dining table.
