Display Screen Equipment course was clear, common sense and has some good reminders and top tips to follow. I like the posture reminder and 20-20-20 rule. Small things that make a difference every day in order to stay productive and well at work.
Makes sure you don’t accept what you think is NORMAL! Good insight into work posture and as we all use devices what to do outside office too! Good stuff
