I felt this course is useful to remind ourselves of the importance keeping a good posture and most importantly having a break from our screens.
A course that I thought I would not learn anything from, in fact I did with useful tips on exercises and posture.

The training course is really clear, both the visually and aurally. I found that there was information and knowledge of which I was previously unaware. I have certainly benefited from the breadth of information covered in the content. In future, I will be able to make suitable adjustments to my working space and will consider how to transport equipment when travelling for work.
Set at a good level, clearly presented and giving some good advice and tips on how to stay well when working with DSE.
