It provided what is (sorry!) very dry data in an interesting and engaging way. All the presenters were personable/interesting and it kept me interested right until the end. I even tried all the exercises. DSE/correct use is always something I do because I'm passionate about correct posture but it was great to have it presented in an engaging way.
