This training highlighted and made me aware of things which should be obvious but that we don't always take the time to think about. It also gave me some advice which I wasn't aware of like the 20 20 20 rule to help rest my eyes. Thank you, great advice.

The coarse was first class in every regard. The presentation was clear , concise and informative. Every conceivable aspect of DSE was covered in a professional manner which meant the information given was easily retained. I would also like to say how good the Mental Health coarse was !
