Made me think about the importance of posture and movement in the work place.
Each stage easily understood with good graphics and information. Good exercises. Good that the user completes the assessment as part of the training. A comments box after each question would be good to allow the user to use and the manager to action if required. Thank you

Too long. Too patronising. Not really relevant to a workforce that has to hot desk, works from laptops constantly, ha to carry a laptop from one site to another multiple times per day.
