It's helped me reappraise my working posture and remember to move before I get tired or uncomfortable. I've already set regular reminders on Outlook calendar to take a break. It would have been useful to have a guide on likely time to complete the training - having clicked on all the additional info, implemented exercises, taking breaks whilst doing the training, doing the assessment, cleaning my DSE and taking the test, it all took 2.5hrs.
The course provided me with all the necessary information on how to maintain my work station and my health. The steps were easy and the video quality was good.
