I thought this training product was excellent. The videos were engaging and the exercises really useful. I think it could be even better if there was a resource to download with pictures and brief narrative of all the exercises which you could keep by your work desk to remind you of the variety of exercises you can do.
This course really explains all that we need to know to avoid stress, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Very easy to understands, very comprehensive, and very well organized. I like the videos and also the exercises that were suggested to do. Thanks very much for this knowledges.
A useful and informative introduction to the importance of DSE. Covers all it needs to in the videos without going on too long. Good evaluative questions are the end.

Useful information when using display screen equipment
The presentation is informative and well structured but the correct answers are too easy to distinguish using only common sense. Formulating questions and answers in a more complex way and forcing people to analyze their options increases the chance of long-term memory retention. There is no protection against misclicking.
