Useful reminders & some new tips too

Covers everything

It's good as it reminds you to take breaks and be aware of how you are sitting.

Alot of it is basic common sense

It made me think about my posture, but alot of it is basic common sense.

Covers everything that you need to know

It was a helpful refresher course. I like the videoed exercises that you can practice along with the training. I was surprised to hear that my employer is liable to pay for an eye test & basic glasses for DSE users. I would like to know on what basis I could apply for assistance. I wear glasses anyway, would I have to notice a change in my eyesight?

5/5
Very easy to understand course content.

The course is easy to use and retain the information in the format it is presented.

This was straightforward and clear

This course provided some memorable exercises to do at your work station. A lot of it confirmed or reminded me what I should be doing to protect my body which was useful. I felt the advice about eyes was particularly useful as I think we do take our eyes for granted and the 20/20 rule is easy to remember.

5/5
Informative and reminders of what to do.

Good reminders, informative about rules, responsibilities and eye sight tests.

Interesting but not always practical

I found this course really interesting and informative. Positioning not always practical with workstations having to fit around area, and working within limits. I will take on board the posture side of things and hopefully this will improve my posture and well being
