For once online training simplified easy to follow , how ever where multiple screens are in use and i mean more than 4 i.e cctv systems and desk top computers i have yet to see a control room with enough space between the operator and all screens also the work tops can be some what lacking in space but a very good effort the best i have seen
Too long and not adaptive ot my needs or my gaps in knowledge. Would be much better if i took the test and then reviewed the sections i didn't know rather than forcing me to sit through loads of detail about stuff i already knew.
Find the the shortness 9the sections soooooo irritating.....hope all the session are not like this.....

Although most of the training involved just common sense, it was good to be reminded of the detail. I found the video exercises useful, the reminder that we should take lots of short breaks before we get tired, and the 20-20-20 rule. The detail of distances from monitor, keyboard, mouse and phone were also useful. I will be more mindful of my posture and try to alter things around me accordingly.
