EXELENT

Very good training. Didn't know many facts until I have this training.

5/5
Good information

A very good package of information put across well, with good tips on simple things to do to improve your work station.

4/5
Very clear and informative

The right amount of information per slide. Clear, concise and engaging. I learnt a lot!

5/5
lots of data poorly presented

While the content is somewhat helpful the length of the course is unnecessary for the information delivered. The experiance is further hindered by the delivery. The use of 30 seconds to 1-minute clips is frankly dull, instead consider thematic videos which tell a whole story rather than in tiny chunks. The interface for the system is not well written either, you are unable to skip or scrub through videos so if you miss part of it you have to go to the beginning. The sound editing is poor with sound effects considerably louder than the speaker, this is jarring and hurts your ears if wearing headphones. Production value generally sterile.

The course covered all essential element

The course covered all essential elements of using DSE's. It also covered some very useful tips regarding eye strains and stresses.

5/5
Found the content useful

The content was useful and I learnt some new things. The only items I found more difficult were listening to the content and then being encouraged to try out the exercises at the same time. For me that just didn't work.

4/5
Clear and easy to follow, helpful hints.

Useful reminder about what you can do to help yourself when using DSE for long periods. However some tips still harder to implement when not in office environment

Primarily for desk bound staff

Very clearly presented and informative. The stretches were really good and I shall adopt these into my daily practice.
