Covered everything I needed to know and new things I am now aware of too. Right balance of visual, spoken and text content with an excellent, thought provoking test at the end. Very good risk assessment add on. I feel I have all the right tools on what to do and what not to do in the future. I do believe that doing this every twelve months is important for reminders and updates. E.g. Text neck! are next step to those Wallie character's.

Good presentation of information required to set up and operate a workstation - nice to see an updated section regarding hygiene of workstations as this was something previously ignored by other training providers.

I have found all information really useful. and I am really happy to learn how to stretch during work hours.

Possibly too thorough so many facts so much information personally prefer bullets/ key information . I find these i hasco courses many courses content is 50 per cent relevant to me my job my responsibilities this one more relevant but could possibly make more interesting enjoyable to do ?
