the areas the course was divided into were clear and logical. The information was useful and it was very clear how to put it into practise.
The course gave some very useful information on maintaining a healthy posture and the importance of thinking about the self when using DSE. It also emphasises the employers responsibility to the employee which is very important in matters of health and safety. The suggested exercises are good and do make a difference once used.
