This course helps you to recognise some of the bad habits that you have developed when working. I have identified several of my bad habits. Although, I have been provided with different equipment to help me while I am working and these have made a big difference, as I do suffer with back problems.
Very thorough course which highlighted a lot of important facts about working on screens for lengthy periods.
