Easy to follow Simple easy very well explained quite easy to understand Pity some of the questions aren’t done halfway through
I don't have a work station and use a computer at work, but the advice in the course is useful for working at home. The ergonomic advice was helpful when setting up a workspace at home. The exercises to stretch and relax tense muscles were also beneficial. I hope that I remember them!
