This course was presented in short informative videos which summarised all aspects well.
I couldn't get sound whilst working through the slides, therefore referred to the subtitles to follow the dialogue which proved equally effective. (Although would have preferred sound) Over all a fairly descriptive training guide which I can use to make changes to my current working set up.
Easy to navigate and can be done at own pace.
It reminds you of some of the disciplines that are important for our health and welfare.
Much already known, but a good refresher.
Really enjoyed this course. In my opinion this is the best DSE course I have ever done all these years. Easy to understand and to follow. Like the pictorial exercise for us to try out.
Sections were clear and concise giving all the information required.
