Will definitely make some minor workstation adjustments when I go back into work next week - Main screen to be moved more central, Telephone closer to hand. Company should look at providing individual cleaning wipes/screen cleaner for employees (or have materials located in each office area) I might consider a laptop riser. Rising the desk (at times) and standing to do my work is appealing but this might get expensive if everyone wanted this option

Really enjoyed this course; it was informative, clear and liked the examples of exercises to do at your desk. I am now more aware of my posture when sitting at my desktop.
