Unable to move through at your own pace, majority of the information is common sense and then some info is needed and interesting.45 mins to sit at a desk and watch videos?

The training provided some really helpful advice that you could introduce and practice while completing it.

Very clear. Questions are straight and to the point. The only downside is, When you get to the end there are still a few slides to go and it doesn't say that. You must figure it out urself. Could be clearer otherwise excellent. I enjoyed it.

The Course is really set up for all the DSE Users to have clear and efficient ways of use at Work Place as well as at Home. This is involved well ware of users' health. This makes easily understandable by anyone. It is appreciated when each and every persons to follow up the DSE Rules and Regulations and enjoy in work place without suffering any sort of Health Issues so long.

I enjoyed the short sections with a summary at the end of each one. I enjoyed the exercises you can do from your chair, really good video to show you how to do them.
