This is a clear and concise course covering everything you need to know about DSE. It is efficiently delivered in less than half an hour.

this was broken down into short bite sized information and additional posters were also available as reminders. The tests were very simple, but this was not a complex subject. I was able to set things up as we went through the videos and practice some o the exercises.

This online training material is quite similar in style to that of JD Wetherspoon (my other employer). The formative videos and questions were clear enough. A more thorough review of incorrect answers in the formative test might have been useful.

Enjoyable course at a nice slow pace to allow the content to be assimilated. Good tips and advice for maintaining good posture and explaining our personal responsibility and that of the company. Thank you
