A lot of common sense but a few things I was glad to have confirmed.
I found this easy to understand and put into practice. I have requested some extra equipment as a result of this training also.
A very comprehensive course in nice compact segments.
Allows the employee to easily follow the process by breaking them down into manageable parts. Gave good examples of how to work safely which allows the employee to easily follow and apply
Updated information on previously sort training. I found the stress relieving exercises particular good.
Mostly common sense but it was useful to go through things especially with my new set up at home and I was able to check eye level to screen details and make sure I had it correct.
