Good guidance course, open your eyes on your working environment.One or two things I didn't realised I should be doing especially working from home - the 20-20-20 rule, shifting your eyes to an object that's 20 feet away and look at it for at least 20 seconds also the ' good posture' position, which is important for me.So therefore it's a good course to make everyone aware of the importance of working at your workstation.

I thought the course was good as it gave me useful information on maintaining good posture and practical tips on how to maintain a good posture. Although, I do think descriptions of how to straighten back etc. could be clearer , such as head over spine, over heart, over pelvis, so people can actually feel they are doing it right rather than trying to match it to a 2D diagram. I appreciated the information on break and exercises. With most people working from home now I don't think these guidelines are easily applied and there should be another short course focusing on how to manage working from home without access to the right equipment.
