This is a subject which I was not expecting to find here. Computing is now part of our daily lives, so the correct way of sitting and avoiding being at a computer for periods of time needs to be considered by anybody whose working day centres around the use of a VDU screen. All aspects of it were examined and the facts were well remembered by me, so I scored 100% in the test; a good start for both sides.
Thanks for the course. It was good to remind myself of the importance to keep a good posture. Very helpful as sometimes neck and back muscles get too stiff.
