Sorry - I am being negative, and I don't have a realistic alternative to suggest, but I'm frustrated we have probably paid for this, and spent the equivalent of around 2 working weeks for us all to complete it and it just feels very much like a box ticking exercise....we're better than this!

Found it a bit time consuming. Don't like that you can't skip modules.
The stretches are great and great info on the correct height of chair and screen.

A good course that makes sense of setting up your work station in the correct manner. It is important to take regular breaks and make sure your workstation is kept clean and this was brought out in the training.
The courses are explained very well and clear.
