This course is helpful and goes over things I was not aware made a difference. I have now altered some things at my workstation which I think will benefit my health and well being.
Although I have worked in an office for nearly 20 years, I learnt more in half an hour about the correct sitting position than I ever have before. With many more people working at home, it's vital to put the advice into action.
It seemed quite a long course for the amount of information being delivered, it seemed repetitive. It was frustrating as a faster learner I used the subtitles as the trainer spoke slowly, it was frustrating i could not skip as i read more quickly than the pace the course was delivered. It was frustrating to not be able to skip sections not relevent to me such as standing workstations.
the course was very informative. I thought I had pretty much covered everything over the years but I learnt quite a few new tips so thank you for that.
